TW1061T-EG MAX Galvanized Tie Wire
The TW1061T-EG by MAX USA Corp is electro galvanized 19 gauge steel tie wire for the RB441T series. Galvanized steel tie wire has excellent tensile strength. As a result of galvanization the steel resists rust and corrosion. The manufacturing of annealed wire involves heating the steel. After that, the wire is cooled at a controlled rate. As a result, the tie wire is flexible and has maximum strength. This means strong ties whereas a more brittle wire may break!
TW1061T-EG Capacity and Compatibility
Use TW1061T-EG galvanized tie wire with the RB441T TwinTier or the RB401T-E Stand-up TwinTier. With the RB441T you will get anywhere from 145 ties up to 265 ties per coil depending on rebar size. However, for the RB401T-E stand up rebar tying tool you will get anywhere from 155 to 260 ties per coil. Furthermore, the hassle free TW1061T-EG series galvanized tie wire comes without tape attached. As a result, you can easily separate the wire and plastic reel after use. This results in less waste and less hassle.
