This is a great way to save if you already have batteries and simply need another tool. The RB441T is a 6th generation MAX Re-Bar-Tier featuring new mechanisms which make it the most efficient rebar tying tool on the market. Additionally, this tying tool weighs in at only 5.6lbs making it light weight also. With an included belt hook reinforcement workers easily can move around and carry the tool with less operator fatigue.

The RB441T design focuses on durability and efficiency. Users can easily load dual tie wire coils with the quick load magazine design. With an easy push gear release you are able to quickly feed wire when loading the tool. After that, the dual wire feeding mechanism of the RB441T helps complete each tie in about a half second. As a result of the faster speeds you spend less man hours per job. In addition, the large jaw of the TwinTier ties rebar sizes up to #7 x #7 with 19 gauge wire and the thinner arm allows for tight ties at 45 degrees. Finally, an enclosed design provides greater protection against dust and debris getting in the tool.

JPL91440A Battery Life

The RB441T TwinTier uses the standard JPL91440A LI-ION battery (not included) and completes about 4000 ties per charge with a full charge completed in 65 minutes. In addition, the JPL91440A battery can quick charge to 80% in about 50 minutes on the JC925A charger. If you need a battery with this tool be sure to select the standard RB441T package which includes a battery and charger.

Shorter Tie Height

Last but not least, the shorter tie height of the RB441T means that you need less concrete to fully cover your tie wire. Each tie is about 50% shorter than previous models.
