The 18V Makita XMT03Z cordless multi-tool delivers corded speed and power without the cord. Oscillating multi-tools are great for a range of applications including wood flooring, tile, plaster, and sheetrock work. Additionally, it is used for PVC and a variety of other applications. You can use a multi-tool for everything from grout removal to cutting into flooring or sheetrock. Multi-tools get you into tight spaces making precision cuts easily.

The XMT03Z is variable speed from 6000 to 20000 oscillations per minute. Speed is controls by dial. As a result, you can match speed and application appropriately. Using only a 3 amp hour battery (sold separately) this tool will operate continuously for 20 minutes however, you can purchase up to a 5.0Ah battery for extended run time. Additionally, the battery capacity warning light turns on and indicator to warn you of a low battery before it dies.

The on/off slide switch is large. It also has a lock-on feature. In addition, this multi-tool also includes adapters to fit most competitive accessories. This tool weighs 4.9lbs.
